NIFTY IN JAN

Now since Dec expiry is over we can take a view on markets, at first instance it look like we are heading for tough times in next month.
First ten days are very crucial i have no doubts about it so investor/traders should stay very cautious on long trades and instead look to trade short on any rise.
january has been very cruel month for indian stock markets for last 4 yeats and have fallen 10-20 % each time.and coinicidentally the picture this year is also very bleak.14000 levels are possible on sensex in 2012.
my view is trade short AND keep booking profits on downside rallies.

What To do Now??

I think the Fund managers and Operators and there cartel will try and bring Nifty close the 31DEc on a optimistic note,Simply because of 2 reasons.

1.To Prop up the NAV's,so that investors remain misguided about true situation.

2.To lift up the spirit in the domestic investors,as Diwali and New year is the time when people review there asset allocation and the cartel tries to take advantage of this sentiment and emotion.

3.I think it is time to stay and sideline mostly now and wait for market to guide us.

Due to Expiry of December market should be very volatile.Also ANNA JI will play his role in MMRDA and that will surely shake NSE .
I think still by 31st Dec we will be at higher levels just to give a feel good factor to the investors to bring in more money.

Amazing Week this was , With most of the charts obeyed and obliged as we thought them to do . Nifty We said wuld take support on 4500 levels and indeed it did bounced back from 4520 levels and bounced back nearly 250 points.
